Poor materials for function
Looks great but the strength of the materials is poor. Blade broke off the tang after only mild use. Clearly, if they are going to give you a long handle for leverage, they need to make the blade/tang adequately strong to take the force.I would NOT buy again unless you are only using it to serve whipped cream!

Excellent item
I can't wait to go home and use it. I had one years ago that I picked up at Target. I broke that one, after many years of using it, and have been trying to replace it since. I'm very excited about this item. It's very helpful.

Not as sturdy as it seems
Original review--Awesome, sturdy. Way better than cheap imitations. Updated--broke after a few uses.

Great for weeding.
I like it. I use it to dig out weeds from my lawn and garden beds. Gets down deep. I curled the shovel part so the edges are closer. Perfect to get the whole root of the weed, Dandelions etc

This is a wonderfully strong tool. Forget the cheap ones with a telescoping handle. You get what you pay for.
