Oreq Universal Skimmer Weir - Quick Pull - 8"

I had been looking for a weir door that would fit my pool skimmer for a while and couldn't find one at any of the local stores the right size. I always had to trim them to try and get it to fit and that never really worked very long. This one was the perfect size and the spring bar that holds it in place is actually really strong. Its been in the pool almost all summer now and its still in the exact same spot I installed it without any drift which has been great. Seems to be a great product.

Fits perfectly (yes, it does help to measure beforehand, even if the water is screaming cold!) and installed with ridiculous ease. I suspect that chlorinated water will shorten the life of the steel spring, but whatever! It's working now, right?Just what I needed!

I suggest just going to the pool supply store, because if this item isn't exactly right, you cannot return it.
