The bar is wonderful. Does what it says exactly. It's pretty modular and easy to install. Go for it. Make sure you read entire review before you buy it :)For:1. Easy to install and adjust2. Strong and holds the grip tight without the need of drilling3. Modular and adjustable4. Fantastic grip5. Great built qualityAgainst:NoneNote:Make sure you know the direction in which it loosens or tightens when rotated while doing exercises. Do chin ups or pull ups accordingly so that it does not loosens when you do either.

Great quality, my kid loves it
Needs a carpenter to fit the rod. They will drill hole in door frame (very small) if rod removed can easily be filled without spoiling asthetic.Great quality.. takes weight of adult (85 kg has been tested :))My kid 25 kgs / 7 years old uses it daily multiple times a day.. and loves it.

Better amongst all other brands
I fixed it with screw, it handles my 66kg weight easily... It is strong and heavy, I will update my review after one month of use, dnt go with 600-700 rs bar, those are not long lastingThank you joyfit. Thank you amazon
