I love those little spot books. My 7 years old daughter love them too... They are very cleverly made. Tackling important information in a playful, light and helpful way.

I’m an elementary school counselor and I love this book. Great for talking about emotion management, empathy, growth mindset, conflict management, etc. used it for my intro lesson for the year with K-5 and was able to make the conversation engaging and relevant for all ages. Have never used the little spot books before even though I have a bunch at school. I bought this one for myself and I love it. Will start using the other books if I have time (I do weekly classroom lessons and topics/curriculum I’m required to teach). I do like that this one is a little shorter that the original books.

The Little Spot books are fantastic to use teaching kids about different emotions and emotion regulation. I have almost all of them and use them daily in my psychology practice. Highly recommended!

We love the little spot series! It’s a great way for little ones to understand and better manage their emotions. The exercises, posters and examples they provide are super helpful and they spark conversations we wouldn’t have otherwise had. Definitely recommend.

I teach First Grade and my students LOVE this series. It was cheaper here than on their website, with faster shipping. I definitely recommend to young learners!
