Good customer service!
Replaced the same product which I loved but wore out. First one had a handle problem. I reached out and seller replaced. This one was better quality. The latch version of handle was more reliable but less convenient. We will see but very happy with their kind service!

Works great.
This pole is sturdy, heavy duty and fit my current mops and bucket perfectly. I'm very satisfied with the purchase. Only downside is, it should have another extension or just be longer, I'm only 5'3" and I find it a little short.

This is the cheapest worst piece of crap I’ve ever purchased. The handle doesn’t stay locked. It comes apart constantly it folds up on you. You can’t lock it tight. It’s made out of thin Cincy plastic from China. It also takes forever to receive it.
