Very gentle on the skin. I usually prefer calming cleansers since I used active ingredients on my skin most of the time so this one is perfect. Oat scent is very light. I feel nice and moisturized every time I use it.

I love this fave wash. It feels so soft on my skin and takes very little to clean my face. It leaves skin soft and smooth.

I’m going to try to be as honest as possible because I am peeved at the same time understand that things happen. Upon opening my Amazon package, I found that half of my cleanser had spilled into the box, making it soggy and also obviously wasting half of the product. The product itself is lovely. I have combination skin that leans dry, so I need a cleanser that is thorough but doesn’t dry out. So far after my first two uses, this seems to be it. My skin feels clean but I don’t have that tightness or dryness that I do with harsher cleansers. I don’t feel like I need to run for moisturizer immediately after and I can’t see my pores as prominently. That being said, my only customer service option was to return the defective item to Amazon. For $7.99, this seems excessive to me and quite frankly more trouble (for myself and the environment) than just taking the L. So product gets 5/5 so far, Amazon third-party seller customer service gets 0/5 stars.

I love this brand but the consistency of this product is overly thin. Like watery thin. Doesn’t larger, and not sure if it’s even cleaning my skin. A little disappointed

Love love love this face wash. It's an instant staple. Leaves my face feeling like glass and doesn't dry me out.

One of the best face washes that I have ever used, definitely plan on reordering it! I love that it’s in a pump. It has a very smooth and velvety feel to it. It’s very gentle on your face, which I love to use especially in the morning where I’m just washing overnight where my face is not that dirty. It leaves the skin feeling soft. The scent is also very pleasant, not at all overpowering.
