I bought this, to help me sweat / work off more calories during my workouts and bike rides. It’s basically the top-half of a wet suit - a very similar material - and it works very well. I normally work up a decent sweat working out, but it pours off me when I’m wearing this! It is much more successful than I had expected and - alongside a calorie-defecit diet - has helped me to finally shift some weight.It is also easy to take off, unlike normal underarmour-style shirts, as it doesn’t stick to you. You can also throw it in the washing machine with other kit and it dries nice and quickly. I made need to get another one so I always have one available each day!

Helps bringing your body temp up thus sweating a lot more whilst working out. remember it won't be super comfortable when lifting weights etc, but can be done.4 stars only as I can see the seams slowly coming apart, but I have been using it extensively :).

I initially bought a sleeveless sauna vest but being quite stocky I found that this cut into my arm pits.I bought this product as an alternative and I am very pleased with the cut and quality. It has stretchy panels in all the right places and is very comfortable to wear and barely noticeable if worn under another top.It works well and I am confident that after working out in it a few times it is having the desired effect and aiding with fat burning.

Received this item. It fits nicely and was comfortable.Unfortunately after first run I did with it on (an 11K run) I was left with a burn just below my chest from the vest rubbing. It really stings. Not what I expected unfortunately. Would not recommend I’m sorry to say.

This is way better quality from the other one I ordered on other website . I'm order this for my husband and he loves it . He is building up his muscles and this definitely helps him to do better job, fix him perfectly and easily get sweating, and does feel comfortable wearing it, I'm happy with this product.

Perfectos pero la XXL se me queda un poquito grande pero no la e cambiado por una talla menos ya que podría ser corta de larga como ya me pasó con otra de otra marca

Gilet de sudation qui respecte les détails écrits dans l'annonce, je l'utilise quotidiennement pour le sport ou pour le porter dans la vie de tous les jours . Très bonne aération au niveau des aisselles et agréable à porter.Pas d'odeur particulière concernant les matériaux utilisés.

Devo dire che la tuta é molto buona come materiale, sebbene sia risultata un po’ troppo corta per essere utilizzata appieno.L’ho restituita ed il processo é stato molto rapido.
