This Cuff is quite large and can easily fit the bigger arms. The standard cuff which comes with the machine sometimes does not fill all arms and are limited to only 32cm arm size. But this product goes till 42cm size and also comes with 3 different attachmentsMake sure to check on the product description first that for which machine this cuff is not applicable. I have HEM-7121J for in which this cuff fits well.

Firstly this is a genuine OMRON accessory cuff. size is 22-42 cm. The company is providing 3 types of connectors/air plugs along with the product so i guess should be compatible with multiple Omron BP Monitors. (See pics of connectors). My existing BP monitor HEM-7120, it was perfect. Product is made in Vietnam. Works perfectly, excellent buy

They should include cuff which fits all arm size not the one which only fits small arm size
