I mean, it's a $25 costume, what can you expect in terms of quality? It looks like the picture, tho there's a lot more puckering at the seams. It's made out of your typical cosplay fabric, and the cape is lined, which was a pleasant surprise. Make sure to iron on low heat to get the wrinkles out, I also did that to the seams to help them out a bit.The size chart is accurate! Keep in mind that the tunic is very short (think of it more like a shirt than a dress) so you will want to make sure the leggings/pants you wear with them aren't see through. The ones I bought for this are a set of long johns, so they aren't thick, but they aren't see through at the same time.

Great costume and price! Considering what type of costume you buy at Target and Walmart and the quality of the "fabric" used, this is FABULOUS! It's real fabric and nicely done. My 13 yo daughter measured herself and selected a women's large based off the chart (she wears women's M shirts & size 6/8 pants). The tunic has room but not too big. The cape fits well but could use a little more room in the shoulders -- however, we tend to have broader shoulders in our family. But just GREAT all around. VERY HAPPY Mom!! Great value for product. THRILLED daughter that she has an AMAZING Owl House costume :D

Definitely measure before buying. I did and I feel it fit my child well. It came quickly.
