Works great for basic stuff
Bought this for my dad who only reads the news and watches youtube, and this product works fine for that purpose. It is really small and takes up hardly any space. I am very happy with this product.

Great quality for a great price
I reached out to their customer service to ask some very specific questions regarding case configurations and specs before purchasing, they were extremely helpful and responsive. I have since purchased and set up the computer for home use; so far it is fast, quiet and runs great. I love the size of it, I'm able to place it behind my monitor and free up desk and floor space. I installed my extra 2.5" SSD drive easily and so far it's running great. This computer is a great value for the price, the case is built well and I look forward to running this machine for many years.

some issues
Works OK, except WiFi internet interrupts frequently, there was no such issue with my old PC. I will move the new PC close to the router to see if it fixes the problem. If you have any suggestions how to fix it, please, let me know.

This is the second one I have owned and I’m very pleased with it.
You get everything you want from a PC but without the expense. The reason I have bought two is the first one I burnt out by accidentally plugging it in with a charger that was not meant for the device. Only use the charger that comes with it, even if the plugs seem to fit the same hole.

Great mini computer
Who knew that you could get great mini-computer with 1 TB SS hard drive, 32 GB RAM for under $200. It even has Bluetooth and wifi built in. This works great for me. The one downside is that the video card is pretty low resolution. It works fine for reading email, for browsing the net, even for watching videos, but I would worry that it would not work well as a gaming machine, but that is not an issue for me.

Who would have thought
Every so often it hits me, when I think that my parents paid over $2500 to get a personal computer for my brother and I, with a 0.5 kHz CPU and 32k of RAM, a 9-inch monochrome screen, and 5.25" floppy drive. And now I credit them (and that computer) with getting me started in my chosen path of education and then my career. Oh and also, tangentially, my fascination with cheap, small computers that I can set up for whatever tasks I can dream up for them. I didn't need this computer. When I bought it, I wasn't even particularly sure why. Currently it's being used just as an alternate desktop. So if I want to look something up real quick, do I fire up "The Beast", which is my gaming desktop with ALL THE THINGS that also eats up about 300 watts when sitting idle, or do I switch to this little box, which hardly even puts a blip on my power meter? But that's not all I'm planning on using it for. I already have another one that's my RetroArch box, it plays all of the old Nintendo, Sega, and Playstation games. For this one, I've already wiped the drive and installed the latest Debian on it. I'm going to see if there's any benefit to using this as a media PC (with the Synology NAS as storage) rather than streaming from the NAS directly, which is what I'm currently doing. If not, my plan is probably to offload the jobs of two of my Raspberry Pi's (one Pi-Hole and one Homebridge server) onto this box and then find something else to do with the Raspberry Pi's.Anyway, this isn't going to be your next gaming PC. That is, unless gaming for you is just old Nintendo roms. But it's powerful enough for day to day stuff, and at this price it's an incredibly good deal!
