I have been using this everyday for about 3 months. It started to lose its zip and eventually stopped working as other have stated. I took it apart and the motor was still good. Looks like it wasn’t making good contact with the button pressed down.Maybe the heat/use warped the contacts. Anyways, I made some spacers by cutting strips of a bread clip and slid under each side of the contacts and it works like new again.1 star off for the modification needed.

Perfect gift to give people who are tired of hearing the financial advice to stop buying fancy latte's at the coffee shop. Let the people you care about make their own at home that are just as frothy and delicious without having to give up anything but a few minutes of making their own hot beverages. Kids and old kids can enjoy frothy cocoa too.

Pretty easy to use, only thing I’m not fond of: kinda hard to clean

I guess you get what you pay for. Lasted about 5 months. Used 2-3 times per week. Not a battery problem. It just quit.Upped this to 4 stars for outstanding customer service. They saw my review and reached out with a refund.

I didn’t get this to “froth” milk…I got it to stir an egg to microwave, and it works just fine for that. You just need to be careful not to put it right on the bottom of the mug/cup/bowl you are going to use. It is beyond easy to use and cleans up easily under the faucet. I did try it on a liquid protein drink, and it worked fine for that. So, liquids or eggs seem to work fine.

They sent the wrong color, and the directions were not clear.Although, It is really fun to use! It does what it says, but it is hard to clean.All in all, I would recommend as a first, but I DEFINITELY would only buy on the 65% off it was ($5). I think you can get much better for the same original price.

This frother is my second in two months. The first was a ZULAY brand, which was NOT A QUALITY FROTHER BECAUSE THE COIL KEPT UNWINDING. REPOSITIONING IT EVERY TIME I USED IT CAUSED THE SHAFT TO BECOME BENT. I contacted ZULAY and they NEVER RESPONDED. So I bought this cheaper model frother - only cheaper in price! The battery lasts longer and the hand grip is cushioned so it’s easy to hold on to with a wet hand. I use the ZULAY stand and threw the ZULAY IN THE GARBAGE WHERE IT BELONGS.
