Like the high ridges
It would be nice if the handle is detachable so I can put it in the oven. The knob can be a little higher so that you don’t touch the glass lid when it’s hot. Lid can leak at the corners.

Gives the veggies and chicken nice char grilled texture. Best part, non stick and easy to clean

Hawkins has brought some good products that compete with internaltional brands This a a super pan with weight that can sustain heat and the non stick coating looks fine. Of course will ahve to use over time to really get to know how it holds up.Overall a good buy.
