This does work really fast AND...it ACTUALLY does work. Warning, make sure to wear gloves. Don't get it near any open wounds because it will burn. With that being said, I put the stuff on my feet and placed my feet in pedicure feet bags I had purchased to use with this. Left it on for 5 mins and rinsed and scrubbed my feet using one of the callous remover tools that came in this package. I really didn't have to scrub too long or too hard because the gel had really removed so much of the dead skin off of my heel. This really was quick and easy to use. It was a little awkward to rinse off because the gel makes your feet so slippery. I tried wiping it off with a wet washcloth and then rinsing off the rest in the bathtub, but as soon as I placed my foot down in the bathtub I was sliding everywhere. So be careful. I have very calloused heels that have cracks. I have tried every type of powered foot smoothing, callous, dry and cracked heel device remover that's out there. Most of them are just too time consuming and they all barely removed any dead skin. This gel and the tools that come with it, leave your feet so very smooth. This pack only comes with 4 gloves/2 sets. You may want to buy additional disposable gloves to use with this. I washed mine off and will continue to reuse until I buy more gloves. You definitely don't want to apply or touch this stuff with your bare hands. If you do, make sure to wash your hands off well. I wish I would've found this stuff sooner. Definitely recommend 1000/10!

I'll start off by saying that I almost never leave a review before owning a product for quite a while (and 5 stars are rare for me). But the incredible results I've seen from this callus remover in just two treatments deserves it!Now remember, this is not a foot peel. I've used plenty of those and while my skin does peel, they've never made a difference in regards to my callused heels. This stuff is supposed to be used with a foot file.With this callus remover, I've started a new regimen after taking a shower. I'll get everything ready beforehand, so that I can put the gel on right after. I let it sit for a few minutes (never bothered to time it, just watch a few videos while I wait for it to soak in). Then I go at it with a foot file, making sure to put down paper towels to catch the shavings. Once I'm done, I'll wipe my feet off with another paper towel and head back to the shower to rinse them off real quick. Then I clean the foot file and spray it with a disinfectant.And that's it! Within just two treatments, the 1/2" thick, cracked calluses on my heels are nearly completely gone. Calluses that I've had for more than the past decade, gone. Nothing else I've tried even compares. I can actually feel my heels again! And it really doesn't take much at all. I'd say this bottle is a generous size.So far, I haven't experienced any pain. My feet are a little more sensitive, specifically the heels. But I'm pretty sure they're just at a regular sensitivity, since I've been used to having heels so tough I could stab them and not feel a thing.Disclaimer: What the other reviews mention about being careful with this stuff is absolutely true. I'm sure, if used improperly, it could cause chemical burns. But they really did a good job of warning you and instructing you on how to use it on the label. Just take the time to read it!Use gloves. Only use it on foot calluses. And make sure to wash it off afterwards. If you get any on your hands, be sure to wash them off and use some lotion, just to be safe.Take the time to read and follow the instructions and you'll be fine. This stuff is tough, but so were my feet!

10/10 si pudiera ponerle más estrellas se las pondría, quedé muy satisfecha con los resultados.Primeramente te pide remojar los pies 5-10 minutos, secarlos y poner el producto. Yo remojé mis pies en agua tibia en la cubeta en la que trapeo diariamente porque no tengo otra y después coloqué una capa mínima de producto y me envolví los talones con plástico film. Deje reposar 5 minutos y lime.Resultados impresionantes!Yo tenía ya varios meses limándome los pies con lima, piedra pómex y con una máquina que lima electrónica y todos me tallaban los talones pero quedaban como raspados no lisos así suavecitos y este producto te deja lisa la piel.No lo recomiendo a personas con piel delicada porque quema, yo pensé que desprendería la piel muerta pero no, como que es un ácido que quema, en lo personal no me ardió ni dolió pero como me lo unté con el dedo el gel pude sentir y oler que es un ácido.

This product does work, however, be very carefull and remove as the bottle says or you will get chemical burns on your feet.

I use this to scrub my feet. It is soothing and works best after soaking your feet. It seems to help the ease of cleaning. It also is a big enough bottle where this will last for months.

Realmente funciona tenia muchos callos y me los quito todos de los talones quede sorprendida jamas habia usado un producto tan efectivo para quitar la piel muerta y despues de aplicado a los dias seguia quitandome la piel muerta cada vez q me bañaba me salia mas y mas piel muerta quede asombrada lo volveria a comprar sin duda el mejor producto que e probado

When I opened the box I discovered the bottle had leaked, not a lot but the rubber seal under the cap had opened a small hole. Since the main box was undisturbed I figured the leak happened because of pressure changes while shipping and I used it anyway. The main callus remover worked as expected but the smaller one wasn't effective at all. I'm not sure the cream is necessary as simply soaking my feet in very warm water for 15 minutes made the calluses soft enough to remove without the cream. I will do a side-by-side comparison next time I use it. The file was high quality and removed my calluses without pain.
