If showering or swimming, just be sure to rinse the bracelet off afterwards to remove any soap/chlorine, etc. It’s also helpful to dry it afterwards as well. Many of our customers wear the bracelet 24 hours a day and never take it off. You shouldn’t have anything to worry about rust.
