Tasty, filling bars
I really like Quest bars. They fill me up after exercise, can be easily combined with other foods and have great nutritional content. my only grumble is that they seem to have moved away from bars that tast e like nuts or fruits towards, sweeter, more chocolate based varieties. If i want chocolate I eat that. I prefer the flavours like this one, the vanilla almond and the berry one (which I don't think you can get anymore).

The Apple Pie flavor is one with the most, it has 4g of sugar. Most have either one or two grams. Most are also sweetened with Sucralose. The newer flavors, I believe, are the ones sweetened with Stevia. Those will say 'No Artificial Sweeteners' on the wrapper. Not seeing the vendor price you are asking about, I am unsure of what vendor advertising. A box of (12) count are sold on the internet for between $18 to $24. You have to shop around though to get the better prices.
