Bought these patches before a trip to a tropical island. I knew there would be many boat trips and long vehicle rides. Unfortunately, the humidity caused the patch to sometimes fall off. If applied to dry skin, they would last all day, even when swimming, and no motion sickness. If the slightest bit of moisture was on the skin, they just wouldn't adhere properly so I had to use oral medication as a backup.

These were great for my cruise. I used 2 at a time and they were much needed. They didn't save me from getting sick but they did lessen the severity of how bad I felt. The waters were very choppy at night and these kept me from being absolutely miserable. Next time I will probably try another method and use these for backup just in case.

These worked great on my cruise. We had really rough seas for a couple days.
