I used this hand gripper for the last 2 weeks and after that writing this review, If you are a beginner or intermediate in the GYM then you should buy this one, but if you are doing bench presses with around 25 kg or above it's not for you, but I recommend, if you are looking for moderate or hard type kindly go with this, it's also cheaper.

The media could not be loaded. Hey bro ,Listen - i know u wanna make great forearms but don'tttt fall for this hand gripper .Its not durable at all....Broke in about 2 days đ„ș...Increase ur budget a bit and get some good quality hand grippers.....
