finally we tried to hang our chair (at 55-60 was max) but the wheels are compromised. DOES NOT HOLD CHAIRS as ADVERTISED. also has a bar defect . we also had to have our facilites dept. assemble it and were charged. its really disheartening, cause now I have to purchase a new cart and pay for assembly. the window for the return was only 30 days or less.

First off the box this arrives in is heavy, like two people to carry heavy.The stand itself was not difficult to assemble but did take some time.I donated this to our church and it rely cleaned up the chairs.This is a good rack and I would buy it again5 STARS

This product is rated to hold up to 800 pounds and 60 chairs. After loading only about 15 chairs, the whole rack began to bend and buckle under the weight. It is now useless and it wasn't even fully used. Now we have the headache of taking it back apart to be able to send it back. This whole purchase has just been a big waste of money and time. Extremely disappointed.

I'll admit that I really wanted to like this. And, for the most part, I do. But, there are some irritating things that I keep thinking about.1) The instructions are wrong. There are not two 5s. There are three 7s. The center unit is put together with a 5 on bottom and a 7 on top. The 5 sinks, that's why the two together are longer than the 4 & 7 together.2) You cannot just push this where you need it to go. The center wheels are designed to only travel left and right. You must drive this from the side. This may be designed this way with safety in mind, but I find it super frustrating to not be able to get it where I want it.3) The hanging portions are FLEXIBLE in the center. You can accidentally bend them. Be careful not to put pressure on them while putting them on.4) The lips that hold the chairs/tables from falling off are just too short. I've had items just slip off. If the lip was just a tad taller, they would have stayed.Bottom line: Would I order again? No. Would I gift? No. They need to fix the flaws, first.

The media could not be loaded. This took 30 minutes to put together - that included the time it took to unpack, unwrap, and organize everything. The baggies are well marked and the instructions are clear enough (though have room for improvement). I did have two 13 year old helpers who were, surprisingly, actually a help. They stood on this and tried ride it...ha. it held up to their weight just fine.An allen wrench is included, but not a wrench to fit the nuts. You'll need a wrench. Or even a pair of pliers to hold the nuts while you tighten the bolts.Also, the parts were partially covered in oil. Was this to prevent rust? Time will tell. But it made installation a bit messy and greasy - nothing soap and water couldn't fix.The final product is a little wobbly. But strong. So we just make sure that it's balanced, more or less, in each side and that chairs aren't all on one side. It doesn't hold a half dozen folding tables - even 8ft tables. It all depends on how thick your tables are as to how many it holds.The wheels are strong, free moving, and hold up under the weight of chairs and tables.Overall, it's good but not awesome. It should hold up to years and years of use.

My buddy organizes local community events but has never had the means to store all the chairs. As a result, I got this, and now we have a place for additional chairs, which has always been challenging. We could not be more delighted with this purchase. It only took around half an hour to complete the first setup. The rack gives off the impression of being very substantial and solid. Castor wheels are designed to be long-lasting due to their sturdy construction. This chair storage is worth the price for its convenience, quality, and setup.

Ordered to organize and provide easier access to chairs/tables at church. Assembly was fairly simple and instructions were easy to follow. Note: depending on size of folding chairs and tables you may not get enough room to store what the site says up to. Once assembled it seemed sturdy. Loaded it and then tried to move it around, hoping it would be a breeze. Not so much. Depending on your direction all 6 wheels don’t swivel so planning a path and position for storing once loaded will be crucial.It fits our needs and I just noticed the price went down substantially, so might we order more if needed? YesIt’s not perfect and by no means a top of the line piece of equipment but it does the job we needed it to.

We have a lot of folding tables and chairs for when we host gatherings for family and friends so we thought this would be a great tool to store that stuff. It is useful, but moving it around is frustrating so we keep it in one place and just carry the stuff to the desired destination. Could be better.
