It comes with everything you need to assemble your bubble sleeves. Do not trust the hand pump; use one for mattresses or electric. These bubbles save cost and time. They come in rolls and you just measure the wished length and that's it. These are perfect for laptops or tablets with up to 15' inches in screen size. Be patient and use the tools correctly. Really love the product easy to use and manage. Keeps the fragile item safe. Safe for packing travel items too. Recommended

This is the only product I have found so far that provides enough cushioning for the fragile items I have to ship. Unfortunately every roll I have ordered (25 so far) has had holes in it so I can only inflate short amounts before I have to cut it. Sometimes I get lucky and only first 20 feet has holes. The roll I'm using today has a hole every three feet and I'm halfway through the roll so I'm wasting a lot of time and money taping pieces together. I've tried ordering from different sellers but all the rolls seem to be from the same manufacturer. The wrapping the roll comes in is intact so the problem is happening on the manufacturing end. I tried to contact Amazon customer service but couldn't get a live person. I hope someone will read this review and pass it onto the manufacturer so they can fix the problem.

This stuff works great! The binder clip that comes with it is garbage, but that’s the only negative in my view. A++
