Purchased them to listen to my music...they are absolutely amazing fantastic in terms of sound quality probably only Bang and Olufsen to come somehow near.But...why do I have the feeling of an Alfa Romeo or a Ferrari from decades ago. Absolutely marvelous but too temperamental to the level of spoiling the experience completely.The pairing issues they have, the constant disconnecting and reconnecting with my phone in my hands...you are in the mood to play your favorite music and the experience is ruined you end putting them back in their box hoping the next time you pull them out hopefully...it will be alright.Guys from BW you have a stunning product could you please 🙏🙏🙏 address the connectivity issues. Please re write their firmware from scratch you don't need to launch a new model just make these working properly all the time as they are absolutely stunning.Microphone is too weak I couldn't made myself clear over WhatsApp call having both of them fitted in my ears.I really really do not want to return them, when they work ..they are absolutely amazing fantastic stunning.When the disconnecting issues starts...:((I hope a new firmware will sort out these issues, I hope is not too late for them to have the firmware redone.

Loved the sound. Great depth and expansive sound stage but the Bluetooth kept dropping out on a regular basis. Thought the problem might be with my Astell & Kern SR35 but tried that with my Sennheiser Momentums and the connection was fine.

The best sounding earbuds imo. Only reason they're not 5 stars is that I had a little plastic grill fall off at some point - doesn't affect the sound but is a bit of a shame for such an expensive product

Missing mid size ear buds for these ear buds. Can they be send out?

Better ANC than version 1. Better transparency than version 1. Better Bluetooth connection than version 1. Superb design.Sound only good if you like a lot of bass and mids. The bass and mids hide the details in the treble so much that snare drum rhythmic beats are totally obscured in the background along with any quiet details. I have several true wireless earbuds around this price point and slightly below that put these to shame. The sound from PX7’s are amazing in comparison. It sounded like the treble extension/armature? was broken.I love the wireless retransmission, but the lack of being to EQ these without an amplifier just is soul destroying.After 2 weeks these began to require resetting as well and would not work consistently so we’re returned.

Spent a lot of money on these ear buds but no matter what they kept falling out and after two weeks a pc off black foam from the inside of the ear bud ended up inside my ear I. have know idea how they started to fall apart as I treated them with extra care I returned them for a full refund with no hassles I was disappointed and would think twice about buying another pair
