Does not fit, don’t buy waste of time.
This does not fit my rack even though is says it should and my bars are well within the specifications it gave. This is a piece of junk. Plain and simple it has been a huge waste of my time and energy making this thing work. Whomever wrote the specs for this needs to be fired. Horrible. I even tried adding a longer bolt. It is still useless.

Fitment
Amazon‘s product fitment for my 1997 Chevy suburban said this wouldn’t fit when actually it does. The measurement of my rails is 47 1/2 inches the one that it recommended was a smaller rack. I just want to put in here that it fits a 1997 Chevy suburban Perfectly. Good quality product very easy to install built well with great materials.

Easy to Assemble
Delivered as promised well packed and undamaged. It was easy to custom fit them to my vehicle per their instructions. Seem well made. Haven't used them yet, so I can't say how they will perform on a trip. Based on the quality of construction, I don't think I will have any issues. The video was very helpful for assembly and installation. Once I adjusted the width to my vehicle I cut the left over center rubber strips to the space on the bottom. This keeps the adjustment in place and looks good with no open space.

Figures...missing bolt!
The roof bars would fit my vehicle but the instructions are a little lacking. I am not fond of the simple instructions which leave a lot to interpretation. I am good with mechanics and design but when the product isn't put together and they give you 3 of the 4 bolts which are needed, I would question their quality control. The product support page leads to a website that has nothing to do with this item as it isn't listed anywhere on their site. I would give it one star but the packaging was good and the delivery was pretty stellar.

Decent rack, but does not fit 2014 Ford flex as advertised
As shipped the rack did not fit my 2014 Ford Flex. Flex had 2 inch tall square rails this rack will only fit 1.5 maybe 1.75 inch tall rail. I was able to make it work by buying longer mounting screws from Fastenal. The supplied screws were 6mm hexhead 75 mm long. 100 millimeter long screws were required for my fit. Otherwise it is a nice rack. Strong relatively easy to assemble and mount. Mounting system is sturdy. I bought another rack from another manufacturer ( about half the price) when this didn't fit but it would not mount either. That one had a flimsy mounting bracket and much less sturdy so I sent it back. This one was worth time and expense to modify and get it to work but it wasted a lot of my time. If it fit I would buy it again. Thus the 3 rating.

Used on jeep patriot 2014
Nothing to complain about. Easy to install and remove with the benefit of key locking them for security. Extra long so that you can fit 2 kayaks laying flat side by side, not sticking up in the air getting buffeted by the wind as you drive.
