I recently purchased the 48 pack of tissue rolls and received the wrong product. The quality of the product was evidently poor. I have previously ordered directly from the BECO website and the quality of that product compared to the quality of the Amazon product is miles apart. I am worried about even using these as I’m not sure what the product is made of. And this product is not returnable. Literally stuck with 48 rolls of mystery tissue.

47 rolls in the box instead of 48. At least half the rolls were covered in dust. Quality of rolls looks and feels different from my previous order of fewer rolls from another seller but same Beco brand. The rolls were loose inside a single damaged cardboard delivery box. No inner covering or protection. Which is terrible for hygiene products. Will not be ordering this particular configuration again. Disgusting.

The toilet rolls dont carry the BECO sticker. The box it is delivered in not a BECO box as shown in the picture.. There is no way to validate that this is BECO. Further it is not an item that can be returned. So one is stuck with this ...Can somebody from BECO check?

I ordered this product earlier also in pack of 12 and was very satisfied with softness , but on ordering the pack of 48 all the tissues rolls are of different quality and pattern which is not so soft .Dissatisfied
