Getting good reviews from those who use it
Set this up in our cardio room at work. It took some time before someone actually used it. Think most people just didn't understand how to use it. Now it gets used quite a bit and the people who use it have given good reviews. The main thing most say is they like that it is a new type of workout. The water makes them adjust and works their core.It was a bit of pain to fill up. You can't use a sink faucet and we don't have a hose set up. I had to pour the water in manually cup by cup. Took me some time. I also don't know what the pump thing is for. It looked like mine was missing a part that connects the pump to the weight. I just blew the air that was needed into it like a balloon. It is a good workout and I can see this being great for home use, especially if you live in an apartment or somewhere without much room. The workouts with this weight don't take much space at all. I took a star because of the difficulty and time it took to fill.

Alright
It’s a pretty fun thing to add to your workouts, but it was kinda hard to set up. The pump didn’t do much tbh

Just like name brand at a better price
I have a larger capacity also non-name brand one that I love and this is no different. I went for a smaller one this time to have some ready to go variance / options without having to reload any water. Filling is easy, pumping is easy, though I have done with a couple times before and already had previous knowledge of how the valve works. The instructions could be better. I suggest pulling up a youtube video for clearer step by step direction, all these hydro bags are using the same mechanism regardless of brand.Valve and cap feel strong and sturdy. Handles feel great as well. No leaks or issues of any kind. You can tell the material is super thick and you can feel free to swing this thing around. Definitely don't slam this thing around. Add some dye of your choice (I used a little Rit dye) and you have a new workout buddy. Theres plenty of resources online how workouts and how to target muscle groups of your choice. Get ready to have som new sore places as you will definitely reach some muscles you don't normally activate. Recommended!

Awesome Aqua Bag for Traveling Workouts!
Alright, let me tell the truth about this aqua bag. It's got an awesome and innovative design that caught my eye. Setting it up was a breeze, and I gotta admit, it's pretty darn effective for a water-filled workout. I mean, it gets the job done when you're in a pinch, ya know? But here's the thing, my friends. Since this bag is filled with water, I couldn't go all-out like I do with real weights. I mean, what if it burst open or sprung a leak? That would be a total disaster! It didn't actually happen, mind you, but just the thought of it had me a bit freaked out. Call it a psychological thing. That being said, this aqua bag is a game-changer for traveling workouts. Imagine, my pals, having a portable gym that doesn't require lugging around heavy iron. Perfect for those trips where you want to get your sweat on without schlepping actual weights. So, despite my slight fear of the bag turning into a waterworks show, I'm giving it a full five stars. It's easy to set up, gets the job done, and is a godsend for travel workouts. Just remember, don't go Hulk mode on it, and you'll be golden.

I good workout tool for some people
This is one of those interesting work out devices that, I suspect, some people will find very useful and others won't. It's definitely geared toward athletic, and creative, people. If you are the right sort of person, you'll find ways to use it that are beneficial.Build-wise, I'm pretty confident it isn't going to burst. The cat ignores it, hasn't tried to sharpen his claws on it, so I don't know how it would hold up to those little razors. The handles, each set of two are perpendicular to each other (within the set), are very sturdy, have a full, grippy feel, and are thick enough for a proper hold.Using it is, well, as I said, you'll learn to be creative. It's nice in that it gets you on your feet, heaving some weight around.I like it. It gets me moving more, and trying different things, than a barbell or dumbbells.4 stars. Really good for some. Maybe not for others. I have the 44 pounder completely filled.

Is it better than a sandbag?
The media could not be loaded. This review is for the 44 pound Coolu Aqua Bag. As other reviews have stated, the construction appears to be very sturdy. I don't have any concerns with it bursting or handles ripping off.Filling took awhile but was easy. As you can see in my video, I propped it up in a 5 gallon bucket so I didn't have to hold it up while I filled it.How does it compare to traditional workout sandbags? I'm hoisting it up on my back for squats and lunges and exercises like that. I find it more comfortable than a sandbag. Sandbags can be hard in areas causing pressure points. There are no pressure points with this water bag. The load is nice and evenly distributed. All that water has a pleasant cooling effect on my back that I wasn't expecting. The surface is slick and the bag will slide around if you don't keep a grip on the handles. I find with normal cloth sandbags, there is enough friction that I can remove one or both hands during my exercise. Can't do that with the Coolu bag because it will slide around if you let go of the handles.I was expecting some instability due to water sloshing around but found that was not the case. I guess that is because I have the bag filled almost completely, and if I drained some of the water I'd probably get more of that sloshing.

I Don't Understand The Included Pump...
They sent a whole-a** plastic pump thing-a-mah-jig with this Coolu Aqua workout bag. It is really cumbersome and didn't help me while I filled up this bag. If anything, it just hurt me trying to fill the bag! In any case, this aqua water bag seems easy to use and is a fun workout...but you have to be very careful not to torque or twist your arms with the way the water sloshes around in there: it can tear your arm sockets! I advise you go slow with this when you first start out to get a feel for how this unique equipment piece works. I don't know for sure if I'd recommend at this point yet, but it was well-stitched on the handles. Hope to see my fitness improve with this!
