They were what u said but the E’s Ripped. So ended up with not enough E’s to make words.

Horrible
Would not recommend this item. Every time I gently put the straw through the hole to inflate the ballon it would rip the whole ballon. The deals on the balloons also suck. It would deflate immediately. Worse than dollar tree quality. It went straight in the garbage after trying to mess with it for 45 mins.

If I can give it no starsI would. Horrible horrible product!!was only able to use the cheers because others popped or would deflate. Waste of money.

Half the letters deflate immediately
Do not buy. As I inflated each letter, the previous would deflate quickly. Waste of money and time.
