Item arrived promptly and before the expected arrival. The product was packaged well and the item was not damaged. The handle feels quite light and the key is nice and small. That said, you may lose the key quite easily so be aware. The product matches the description very accurately and looks like the item. If you would like screws, message the seller and he/she will happily oblige I am sure. The product is nice and light and does the job well. It takes roughly 2-3 minutes to actually put on the preferred place (providing holes are pre drilled etc) If you are hesitating on buying the product do not worry :)

I replaced about 12 broken handles with these. Very easy. Two of the 4 holes lined up and I just drilled out the other two. They come with white patches to cover the screw heads and look great. You need to get the right size which depends on your window to make sure it clamps the window tight shut. There are just two sizes of handles but several sizes of the other part you need, the striker plate wedges. I guessed a 6mm would do but the windows where still a bit loose to I got some 8mm wedges and they are brilliant, very please indeed. The wedges just clip onto the window.No screws provided but ''4.8mm by 25mm upvc repair screws'' at £3 for 25 did the trick

These have really freshened up our ageing double glazing. They only have a simple cockspur system, but are nicely made and therefore seem nice and secure.Worth mentioning that these didn't *quite* fit the screw holes from our previous handles, so I ended up using 3 screws to attach them rather than 4. Even with 3, they still seem very secure.

Arrived in good time and very easy to fit. Would have liked them to have put the screws in, but wasn't a huge issue. Would certainly recommend.

For the price, cannot complain one bit. I moved into a property where old locks of this type had no keys, so had to be broken. I have replaced with one of these as a trial, and it does the job ideally. I will be buying more.

Arrived nice and quickly. Good solid handle. Only loses a star as there were no screws to actually fit them to the window! An oversight on my part when ordering them maybe, but still, I'd have thought they'd have been included.

My daughter recently purchased her first home. The windows had these handles which were very worn and no keys. Ordered right and left handles which arrived within 1 day even though I only paid for standard delivery. The handles fit perfectly and now have locks with keys. At this price the handles are not the highest quality, but I feel they are very adequate and a relatively cheap way to smarten older windows..
