Hands down the single greatest thing I've ever bought.
I've always loved the Jordan 1 silhouette, (a famously uncomfortable shoe) but after a lisfranc fracture in my right foot I got a little metal strip implanted across my arch which then forced a lot of those little bones to fuse together. Therefore my arch doesn't like to flex AT ALL. Making flat foot shoes such as J1 an absolute no-go.... Until now. I've tried several different insoles and some made it "better" but I was still dying after just a few hours. With these though I can go all day with minimal pain (always hurts some no matter what shoes I wear).Absolutely love them. I spent years thinking I'd never wear my favorite kicks again. Only complaint is the price, but that's just because I refuse to swap them between shoes. I buy a new pair of insoles for every pair of J1s I get (8 so far). Just trading foot pain for wallet pain, but I'd much rather take the latter.

Awesome Product!
The inserts supports my feet perfectly. I have narrow feet and a bit of a flat feet. The inserts are thick enough but not too thick that your feet do not have room in your shoe. I like that it comes with its own bag as well. Definitely helped with the pain on my feet and its easier to to run and jump with it. It functions as it is marketed for my feet type.

Tried it out for myself, now I know
Giving this item 4 stars. It may work for lighter, younger, less trouble-plagued individuals, but for a 45-er with a history of sprained ankles and bad knees, these were NOT it. I tried them on an outdoor basketball court just shooting around by myself in Jordan Zoom Separates. For reference, I'm 5'9", 220lbs and well past my knees and ankles prime.Support doesn't feel that much different from other 3/4 plantar fasciitis inserts, and I've tried RBX, Air Plus, Sof Sole, Dr. Scholls and Dr. Plantar. In terms of heel cushion, the 3/4 insert most similar to the MOVE is the Dr. Scholls.Ranking the 3/4 inserts mentioned above in terms of heel cushion (from most to least):- RBX- Air Plus- Dr. Plantar- Sof Sole- Dr. Scholls- MOVEIn terms of most to least plantar support, the ranking in my opinion would be as follows:- Air Plus- MOVE- RBX- Dr. Plantar- Sof Sole-Dr. SchollsDISCLAIMER: The MOVE insoles are a full-length insole. I've compared it to the 3/4 length plantar fasciitis inserts that I've had the opportunity to try just to give a point of reference.I've also tested them in my work boots (Nike SBF.01), and for plain old walking around, they give decent support and cushion. I wouldn't sprint in them unless I absolutely had to. I'll be switching them out for a Dr. Plantar full length Plantar Fasciitis insole. The Dr. Plantar full-length insole offers a little less rigid plantar support but has much better cushion in the heel. The forefoot areas of both the MOVE and the Dr. Plantar are very similar in terms of cushion. So in closing: Would these make a good athletic replacement insole? Possibly, if you're 30 and under and have relatively fresh (injury-free) joints. If you're 35 and up with a history of injured knees and ankles and seek more cushion/shock absorption, these may not work out for you. I will also add a disclaimer that individual results may vary, so take my review for what it is; feedback from a former athlete with weakened knees and ankles. Overall they seem to be ok, but I was expecting more cushion and shock absorption. If you want decent shock absorption, combine the Air Plus 3/4 plantar inserts with a Sof Sole Athletic full-length insole. Just make sure your shoes have enough room because you WILL be sitting quite high with the insole and insert combo.

If you're on the fence: GO FOR IT!
I've tried both the softest pair and this one: THIS PAIR IS THE ONE TO GET!The soft one is too soft and spongey to the point it hurt me wearing them over long periods of times, but also affect how cramed the shoe felt: THESE FIX THAT ENTIRELY WHILE GIVING YOU AMAZING SUPPORT!I throw these in all my jordans and it's now my go to insole as an amputee who hates how flat footed modern sneakers are

Loved after hated
When i first tried these insoles. I hated them, my feet were tired really quickly and they caused allot of discomfort. Speaking with my wife and her boss (he's a doctor) i came to the realization that things have been so off for me for so long that it was going to take some time to adjust. I'm over 40 active but heavier build and i play basketball with youth/young adults ages 15-19 at my job. I'm tired of all the hurting and pain. Compression socks helped but i needed more and the only answer was to give these another try or start prepping for surgery. THESE ARE AMAZING. Once my feet became used to being supported and wouldn't fatigue so quickly i've found myself able to run the court longer and not have near as many pains in my heel, ankle, or ridges of my feet. This is the way to go the Game day pro or the game day either way.

A must have!!!!!
Love these insoles. After tear my achilles tendon I was in search of a insole that would give me the support I need to get back playing basketball. This move insole is it. Comfortable and supportive! Also it relieved my arch pain. Very durable and high functioning. Ive brought two pair one for each pair of my basketball sneakers.
