I have been using the CB-3000 for a while now, and overall it is a great espresso machine! The espresso always comes out rich and smooth. It has great customization options, grinds fresh beans quickly, and provides a cafe-quality experience right at home. When I recently had an issue with the water dispensing function, the customer support team at Cafe Bueno was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. They walked me through the troubleshooting steps and went above and beyond for me. Their professionalism and willingness to resolve the issue made a huge difference. It is rare to find companies that truly stand by their products and treat customers so well. Highly recommend the machine!

Love this machine. It is so easy to use. When I had a problem with my beans in the grinder, they diligently helped me to resolve the problem. I am pleased with the company that asked you to contact them directly with a problem. This convinced me to buy the CB-3000 over the other brands I was considering. Customer Service is a most critical part of my buying experience. I use Starbuck's Espresso Beans and get a great espresso, Americano, and other frothy milk drinks. Do recognize that Espresso Machines are not Keurig and do require some additional time to maintain properly. It is a well built machine, just push the pad for your beverage choice, and the drinks are nice and hot (adjustable temperature controls, grounds controls, etc). A great value for the price! ENJOY!

The machine started out decent. But overtime the lattes were lukewarm. And I couldn’t remove the brew group to clean. The coffee ground dispenser locked in place and I couldn’t clean the grounds out of the reservoir . I returned item and hoping for a full refund, but I couldn’t clean the machine in order to return it.

Previously I talked about the poor product and customer service experience we had here, however I rescind that and stand corrected. Yes we had a product issue but make no mistake this company and the service we received was fantastic. They ended up acting and replacing the product to ensure my wife had a merry Xmas after all. Would highly recommend them and this product.

We love it! It makes all the drinks we love. The user interface makes it so easy to use. Being able to adjust the recipes is a nice perk. We had a minor issue with the brewing amount, and their service team responded to our email and resolved the issue quickly. Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic machine for making a variety of drinks with little effort. However - the espresso light went out after 15 days of use, so i returned the machine. I liked the ease of use. However, as another user commented - the coffee is not hot enough, even when changing temperature setting. I always heated my cup with water in the microwave before using for my coffee. I did need to adjust for the size of coffee beans, which I saw on the Amazon site so the the 'fill beans' indicator did not come on when there bean hopper was full. Some mentioned the amount of water used. This was not a problem for me. I prefer that to the machine getting gummed up or have milk go sour in it. Since one selection went bad in such a short time, I was concerned that others would wear out - and it would be after the return date. I would love to have another machine since I drink different coffee drinks throughout the day. However, at the price for this machine, I am not willing to take the chance.

The media could not be loaded. We first saw this machine at one of our friends houses and instantly feel in love with it. It truly makes professional grade coffee at home. There are plenty of drink options to choose from, our favorite is the Latte, but all of them are great! We also love the hot water option so that we can make tea, or hot chocolate for the kids. We are so glad we invested in one of these machines. It has definitely saved us time and money since we don’t have to go to the coffee shop in the mornings anymore. It literally takes less than two minutes from the machine being asleep to when I have a cup of coffee in my hand (see the video we posted). We would have spent more time waiting in line at the local coffee shop. Now our friends come to our house and have the same experience that we did……they end up buying one too! The maintenance on this machine is very easy. I’d say that we clean out the bottom tray every 4 days or so. I guess I shouldn’t use the word “clean” because all we have to do is empty the waste coffee ground bin into the trash can and dump the water out of the drip tray. It couldn’t be simpler. We have noticed that the bottom tray fills up more quickly if we have the sleep mode turned to 30 minutes since the machine will perform a rinse cycle on power up and shutdown, but this isn’t a problem for us. We recommend preheating your milk or mug if you are the type of person that likes your coffee super hot (some of our friends figured this out while at our house), but we have been happy with the temperature of all the drinks. We’ve had to reach out to Cafe Bueno once with a question and they responded very quickly with the information that we needed. The customer service with this company is AMAZING! I can’t recommend this machine enough.

Let me start by saying this machine makes a GREAT cup of coffee. I did experience a product failure on the milk system only a few weeks into use but, Cafe Bueno's customer service stepped up rapidly. I contacted them yesterday regarding the issue and after a few emails, I have a brand new unit in route. With expedited shipping! Drew is an absolute Rockstar. I work for a manufacturing company so I understand that sometimes product failures happen. It's really about how you handle the failures that makes all the difference. Drew stood behind his product and took customer service to the next level. I'm a Cafe Bueno fan for life now because of it. My new unit arrives in2 days and I can't wait to get back using this awesome machine. Thanks again Drew!
