Great paints, but not a cure all
Paint lays on well with good coverage. Different colors will have different thickness though, so just be cautious when it’s your first time. You can leave sitting for months, shake it up a bit, and it’s ready to go!

Great Starter Set
I ordered this set over the holidays. It arrived quickly, and I started painting using the "Slap-Chop" method. I realized that My "Slap-Chop" effect was still too dark, because this paints need more highlighting too really shine. Nonetheless, I am still happy with the set. Now, I can pick up a new bottle of paint every so often to add to my set.

Great set!
I love these paints. Great coverage and contrast. Perfect for getting a really good paintjob relatively quick. I highly recommend all Army Painter paints, especially the speedpaints.

Paints are great
The paints are great alternatives to contrast points, one thing to note, I thought it came with a figurine, but it doesn’t. It’s all clearly labeled, but their other starter set has a figurine. As I bought it for a gift, it was kind of awkward that it didn’t have a figurine.
