Really good for bad hips
My hip flexors are really tight so I ordered this in case it would help my mobility. If anyone reading this has bad hips, do lots of Hip thrusts within your weight range using this, it helps immensely. It has already been such a huge improvement and makes me feel so much butter through the day when I put this into my quick morning workout. You will see results as quick as you put the effort it with this

slides a bit
If you have a thin person, or someone who is very small, this tends to slide around a bit. The concept is good, and it works for some of my clients, but not everyone. Not sure how long the velcro will hold up with repeated use though

Good for at-home workouts
This won't replace my gym hip thrusts but gives me a lot of nice alternative exercises at home like weighted planks and glute bridges. It says you can use it for weighted pull ups too!

Strong smell
Strong smell. not strong enough to carry 2 heavy dumbbells.

Almost broke my toes…
Zero stars. Dang. Strap broke even with light weights on it. Seriously so close to breaking my toes when weights fell. Needs stronger straps. Good concept. Liability construction.

Omg I’m so glad I bought this!!! Great deal! Much less than the bellabooty brand, and I love the side guards so my weights don’t rub on my skin:) this is so wonderful!

Overall good workout enhancer
I liked the quality of the waist strap out of the box and trying it out with a few hip thrusts. I overall use 30 lbs dumbbells and it is really difficult to lift up but that speaks more about my overall core than the product. For fastening, the belt uses a clip mechanism but I don't trust it enough when I use it and the loops are rather large. It did seem like it wasn't very sturdy enough to hold around 60 pounds of weight and heavier weights seem to shift the dumbbells in ways I did not like. 20 pounds on each side however seemed to work rather well. If you are looking for home workouts within the range of say about 0-40 lbs of weight I don't see an issue but more so if you're looking for heavy hardcore weights I would say there may be an issue.
