Outstanding Customer Service from waterdrop
I've been using my Waterdrop filter system for two years and it's been great. Recently, I noticed a small leak from the faucet. I contacted customer service on a Saturday, not expecting much since it was well past the warranty period. To my surprise, their representative, Krystal, was incredibly responsive and helpful. After I sent a photo of the leak, she immediately arranged for a replacement faucet to be sent out, completely free of charge. I received the new faucet just three days later! This level of customer support is rare and truly impressive. Highly recommend Waterdrop for their excellent products and even better service.

Compact and Efficient RO System with Minor Considerations
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using the Waterdrop Reverse Osmosis System G3P600 for about six months, and overall, it has been a solid addition to my kitchen. The tankless design is a standout feature, giving a sleek, modern look and saving valuable under-sink space. Setting up the system was straightforward, taking only about 35 minutes, and the filter replacement process is simple as well. The smart display faucet is a highlight, providing clear indicators for filter replacement: an orange light for a reminder and red when it’s time to replace the filter. This feature is incredibly useful, and the manual provided clear instructions. However, there are a few aspects to consider. I’ve noticed that the water wastage is relatively high, and the system drains periodically even when not in use, which can be somewhat concerning. The noise level during operation is also higher than I anticipated. Additionally, while the smart display faucet is convenient, the TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) readings it provides don’t quite match the results from a separate TDS meter I purchased. Despite this, the system effectively reduces TDS from around 230 ppm in tap water to about 15 ppm, demonstrating its effectiveness. One minor drawback is that replacing the RO filter rod can be a bit costly. Nonetheless, the flow rate is satisfactory, and the water quality has improved significantly, capturing most impurities effectively. I also want to commend Waterdrop’s customer support for being responsive and helpful whenever needed. In summary, the Waterdrop G3P600 offers great value, especially for those seeking a compact and efficient RO system. While there are a few quirks like water wastage and noise, and the cost of filter replacements could be lower, the overall performance and sleek design make this a worthwhile investment. I would recommend this system to anyone looking to enhance their water quality with a modern and space-saving solution.

One of the best RO systems at this price range
Prior to purchasing the Waterdrop system I had a tank-based 4 stage RO system from Costco. The reason I decided to replace my old system was because (1) I had no clue if it was actually working, (2) the tank took up a lot of space under my sink and could potentially be home to mold/bacterial growth, and (3) it was a pain to change the filters. After receiving and installing my new Waterdrop system I’m happy to say those issues are a thing of the past.First off, I wouldn’t necessarily call the installation easy unless you’re comfortable making permanent changes to your sinks plumbing. Fortunately I was able to just re-use the same drain saddle from my previous RO system so that saved me quite a bit of work and time. Aside from drilling for the drain the rest of the install is very easy. I decided to buy the UV sterilizer and remineralization filter separately which was much cheaper than buying the G3P800 which includes those two. On that note: I highly recommend looking at the NuAqua remineralization filter and UV sterilizer over the WaterDrop. They function similar to the WaterDrop however the NuAqua UV is bigger allowing the water to be exposed to the UV light 3-4 x’s longer compared to the Waterdrop. Also, Waterdrop does not provide any details as to what substances/media they use in their remineralization filter whereas NuAqua does. This is problematic since Waterdrops remineralization also contains Strontium which in concentrated amounts is known to be harmful to bone growth. Lastly, NuAquas remineralization filter includes a twist-on bracket which allows you to easily change it out, whereas the WaterDrop filter is connected directly in-line with no built-in shut-off.Now back to the WaterDrop system, the reason I ultimately went with it vs the comparable NuAqua 800GDP system is because of the built-in TDS meter and filter status alerts on the faucet. As good as the competitive offerings from NuAqua are, the fact that you have to test the TDS with a separate device and remember to check the filter status (under-sink) every now and then is just too much of an hassle. It’s similar to how inconvenient checking the air in your tires was before tire pressure monitor sensors were made. With the WaterDrop everything you need to know is shown to you every time you turn on the faucet. Lastly, some people have mentioned the WaterDrop system being loud due to the automatic flushing every so often. This part is true, the system does automatic flush regulary but I don’t hear it unless I happen to be standing over my sink when it happens. Truthfully I’m glad it does that because I believe it extends the life of the filters although why it’s necessary to do it so often is something I wish WaterDrop would explain. Otherwise I’m very happy with this purchase and believe it is one of the best under-sink RO systems on the market, but will likely switch out the UV and remineralization to the NuAqua parts.

Change your water magically
After using it, we realized that water can taste so much better. It's a small price to get this high quality water filter. Although we do need to change all the filters every 6 months. It's still cheaper than my fridge filter and way better quality water. Highly recommend

Great Customer Service
After replacing two of the filters, my TDS reading 3 times higher than it had previously. I reached out to customer service about the issue. They were very thorough with their questions and quick with their responses. I was given easy to follow, step-by-step, troubleshooting directions. When the issue still persisted, they sent a replacement filter which got my TDS reading back to normal.
