I am usually skeptical of healing jewellery, but I have noticed a difference. Both of my middle fingers have an issue with the middle joint locking up. Might be arthritis, either way, I play Guitar quite a lot and it was causing an issue when moving around on the fretboard, as it would suddenly lockout. It seems to have improved, after about 2 weeks of using this ring. The other hand is not such an issue, as I hold the pick with thumb and forefinger, but I might get another one anyway. Worth a try for £20. Very robust too. Not sure about the "Warmth Category". I gave that 3 stars as I felt no warmth.
