Low cost and quality is inline with cost
I needed a 300' tape measure for a project and could use a few more times, but I have a nice Kobalt 100' tape that is very durable that I have been using. The mycheng Open Reel Fiberglass Long 300 Ft Tape Measure arrived with screws loose in the box and one nut missing (funny, it was sealed with cellophane wrap). Cheap plastic; not impressed. If I were to use on more than one project I would return. I need tomorrow so I glued the plastic together and use. Again, I went cheaper since I needed it fast and only using once or twice. Even with that I would not buy again, nor would I recommend.

Low quality, letters started disappear
The measurement written on the tape started disappear for normal use itself. And very low quality material, i would not recommend this.

Tape is thin and rips fairly easy
The measuring tape is already ripping and I've only used it during one track season. It's thin and stretches and rips fairly easy. I'll need to find something heavier duty for next season.

Broke during 1st use
The 1st time i used it the winding handle snapped off. This should be rugged for the type of equipment it is.
