Amazing
I didn't want to buy a pre-built, but. Wow. I got it on a deal and I can honestly say that this thing is a beast. Worth every penny. It had probably the most current components when assembled so it'll stay running high end games for quite a while. Its a beefy boy for sure (kinda large) and yet its their "minimalist" build lol. Fairly heavy so for the love of all that's holy, don't drop it. Heavy just means it's choc full of goodies. Its as beginner friendly as a microwave. Plug in all the wires and cords, turn it on, it works. To recap: good for the price (on sale or not really), it's a bit on the 'big' side, got some heft, and works exactly as a gaming PC should... Playing 99% of modern titles on ultra graphics like a dream lol

The most powerful AND the quietest gaming pc I have ever owned
I ordered this on a Friday and received it on Saturday around 2pm and it was in perfect, unopened shape. It was very easy to get set up and running. I did a few internet searches to learn how to disable/remove all the bloatware MS puts in Windows that I didn't want (copilot, etc.) and then I was off to the races. I can not emphasize enough just how quiet this machine is! My last pc, a Corsair, was, I thought, a pretty quiet machine, but it would (seemingly randomly) turn on its fans once in a while and dispel the quiet - even when nothing appeared to be going on to cause it generate extra heat. This alienware r16, by contrast, is just plain always quiet. I haven't put it through a truly heavy workload yet, but I'm throwing all sorts of games and apps at it, and it's just so quiet. It starts up very quickly, and is just plain the nicest system I have ever owned. I guess, at least sometimes, you really do get what you pay for. This is a rock-solid machine. Very much recommended. Also, if you're like me, and you'd been avoiding Windows 11 as long as possible, I can tell you it's not too bad at all, once you tweak it to your liking. As I said at the top, it was pretty easy to get the bloatware out (the one thing they embed like a tick is Edge, but I'm working on that). Everything else that you don't want is pretty easy to pare out, leaving behind a system that runs well and puts very little load on your resources, leaving most of this system's impressive power and speed available to run the apps and games you actually care about.

This computer is everything you'd want in a gaming PC, and more!
I'm not going to lie, I'm very familiar with DELL and Alienware products being some of the best, but as a massive McLaren F1 fan and the fact that stuck with them through some ups and downs between 2020-2023 and even renewed during said period, made me like them even more, so I decided to take the plunge and get back into gaming as it's been many many years since I have (back when I'd build my own, but heck that was a good ~20 years ago. and with it being pretty close to just spec'ing it out without fully knowing if this part will work with this part. etc, etc..) I decided to just purchase one pre-built that had options for upgrading RAM, changing the CPU and so on, plus I was able to purchase an extended warranty for 3 years, which if you were building your own, you wouldn't have that piece of mind.Kudos to Dell for supporting my favorite F1 team, it's what steered me towards you after purchasing cheaper Lenovo laptops that'd last me a few years, but with this being a desktop I don't have to worry about the battery losing dead cells or whatever.Keep up the good work!

The most OP PC you can have
The Alienware Aurora R16 is a powerhouse for gaming and multitasking. With its Intel Core i9 processor, 32GB DDR5 RAM, and NVIDIA RTX 4070, it handles demanding games and tasks effortlessly. The dual storage (1TB SSD + 1TB HDD) is perfect for speed and space, and the sleek, compact design fits nicely in any setup. It stays cool and quiet even during intense gaming, and the RGB lighting adds a nice touch. While it's pricey, the performance and premium support make it worth it for serious gamers and creators.

Amazon "Bait and Swirch"
My Aurora is two weeks old. I have been having issues since it arrived - Crashes, blue screen recovery, restarts - several times per day. Amazon product support was no help. DELL (Alienware) Technical Support was great. After hours of remote work trying to find and fix the issue, they declared the defect unfixable and told me to return the unit to the seller. AMAZON's ONLY solution is to return for a refund and re-purchase at a substantially HIGHER PRICE.The unit delivered was defective. They will not replace the unit. They will not sell me a new unit at the original price. If I want what I purchased. I will have to pay several hundred dollars more than I paid 2-weeks ago.Shame on you Amazon! I have the entire discussion with several Amazon support representatives recorded. They repeated over and over that my only option was to pay a higher price to replace the exact same model defective unit.

Intel i9 has issues.. Alienware is awesome
The i9 is trash and Dell basically told us to piss off. $2000 painful lesson. Dell and Alien is junk! Buy something else! 2 months old and Dell is not interested in backing a defective component. UPDATE👇Update: After a few weeks of little to no communication, Dell sent a tech to our house in rural Michigan. At zero cost to us the CPU was replaced, and tested with very little downtime. The tech did it in our home with zero disruption of our complex network. Very competent and friendly house call. I have upgraded this experience to 5 stars and will not hesitate to purchase Alienware products again!
