There is not a zip closure and compartments
The media could not be loaded. Its beautiful and strong jute bag but there is not any zip closure,its visible whats inside the bag..but big and beautiful but not so much compartment which women needs…

This product is open to sky. There us no jip arrangement. How can anyone manufacture such a product? Thoroughly disappointed 😞

I recently purchased this ZOUK tote bag, and while there are some positives, a few issues stood out.The bag itself is quite durable and is of sizeas mentioned, and the quality of the material is good. It looks exactly like it does in the pictures, with the color being spot on. However, the main issue I had was with the logo. The shine of the 'ZOUK' logo was missing, and it came with masking tape slapped over it—literally torn by hand, not even cut properly with scissors. This gave a very unprofessional appearance.The packaging was also disappointing. The tote bag was placed in a simple clear plastic bag, which wasn’t sealed with tape or anything. It was just tied together using the plastic bag itself, giving a careless and unpolished look.While the bag itself is good and is comfortable tocarry and also have ease of carrying, the packaging and the handling of the logo definitely need improvement.
