This is a great product for emergencies and in an small convenient size. Product was as advertised and shipping was fast. Have not had to use this yet but based on the experience of friends that have had to use one, it's a great product and performs well when needed.

Works well. Allows you to easily charge RV or car battery without being stuck at home or stranded.

I previously wrote a one-star review that I have since deleted after gathering more data. I complained that it wouldn't sense the connection on a motorcycle battery. I tried it again on the same motorcycle today and it worked fine but it was really tricky to get the clunky, plastic-covered clamps on the battery terminals. I'm pretty sure I just didn't get a good bite on metal before, even though it seemed I had. This shouldn't be a problem on a car.I dinged it one star for that issue and the fact that it still isn't very good for charging a phone or other device. It will do it but depletes half of its own charge to get a phone topped off. Also, the warranty is repair/replace only. If you want a refund after the Amazon window closes, you're out of luck.I feel more confident carrying it as a backup now.

I bought it for my wife just in case she runs out of battery and a few days ago it happened, I connected the cables to the battery and the device lets you know when you can start the ignition, turned on easy, easy to use and i like the little bag that comes with it, it works with my DODGE DURANGO GT. Thats a big SUV im sure it works with any sedan

Compact, retains charge a long time, and have used several times between recharging to jump my truck. Bought two more for my daughter and granddaughter.

I literally charged it to full charge multiple times overnight over the course of a week. It says 100% before I unplug it, then I try to turn it on and it does NOTHING. Then when I plug it back in it reads that it’s starting from 0%.I like the compact size and that it comes with its own case. Everything else about it is literally perfect EXCEPT THE ACTUAL THING IT’S SUPPOSED TO DO!
