*UPDATE* Dec 2018Upon writing a review regarding my faucet leaking, the company contacted me to resolve the problem immediately. They refunded my purchase (even though it was after the return date) and sent replacement valves. They have exceptional customer service, insuring I was truly happy with the product. I love the faucet, it is beautiful and I am happy with the product and would order from the company again. If you do ever have a problem, contact the company directly and they will make an effort to resolve the problem fast and easy.Nov 2018Just had this faucet installed for about two weeks when it unexpectedly started leaking. I had the plumber come out to repair. Once he disassembled the connection found a defective ring (blue in photo). He was unable to stop it from dripping so I had to have it removed and capped off until I find a replacement. It’s such a beautiful faucet which suits my remodeled kitchen perfectly, I am so disappointed. I’m also passed the return date so I’m out of a faucet and $123.00.

Perfect! Excellent value for the price. It's as heavy as higher-priced namebrands.We soldered the 1/2" male end onto the waterline and screwed this right onto that connection (1/2" beyond the sheetrock and tile) rather than using the male-male brass that came with it. We made one other adjustment and had installed a 1/2" thick mdf board around the waterline so that we could screw directly into something solid. These two steps really seemed to solidify the install.The dual valves have ensured no drips. It looks wonderful. The arms move with just the right amount of resistance. We're pleased with the function. We're even more pleased with the savings over higher-priced units that appear to be the.same quality.One thing I would do different next time: I'd install it about 4" lower than I did. At 16" above the stove the water has a long way to fall into the pot. Id probably install it closer to 12" if I were to do it again.

I bought many (four to be exact) other versions that looked to be the same for far less money. I wasted two months ordering a new one, having it installed, only to have it leak from multiple points, returning it, waiting for a refund, and ordering another. After returning filler after filler I was frustrated. I decided I needed to suck it up and spend a little more to get a better product that hopefully wouldn't leak. Upon arrival, the quality of the product was far better than the $70 knock offs I had ordered. Installation went better than expected! Extra parts were included, along with a way to contact customer service with issues rather than just returning it, and even directions in proper English! Since installing we have had zero leaks or other issues. I was being penny wise and dollar stupid. This is the only pot filler (of the five I have dealt with) that was worth a glance. Amazon probably should look into the hundreds of knock offs of this brand for half the cost and shut them down.

Purchased this pot filler in April 2018 and installed it after a complete kitchen remodel in August. Product is heavy duty, well made and looks great for 1/3 the price of a comparable name brand. My wife loves it. Six days ago, Sunday December 23, 2018 both valve cartridges failed and began to leak, I could not turn the dripping off. At 1230 am I emailed customer service and relayed my situation. Two hours later I received a reply from Jenny, customer service rep fro Havin. She apologized profusely for the failed cartridges and placed an expedited order for upgraded replacements at no cost to me. She explained they received a batch of sub-standard valves with "O" rings that were too soft, but assured me they have corrected the issue and upgraded the valves with new type "O" rings. My new cartridges arrived within five days- installed them and they work perfectly. Since my first email to Havin, Jenny has replied and/or initiated six emails to me making sure I was aware of the status of the replacements and assure me Havin will correct any issues I have with their product. I will definitely do business with this company again, if nothing else, because of their outstanding customer service. Thanks Jenny and Havin.

Had this professionally installed in February 2019 when we renovated our kitchen , initially the faucet worked great but as of the last 2 weeks it has a constant slow drip where a towel or pot needs to be left underneath at all times. Going to have to call a plumber out to see if he can stop the dripping before we leave for vacation as I’m fearful I may come home to a disaster if left like this . Didn’t even last 6 months !UPDATE: the company contacted me after my original review extremely quickly and sent me replacement valves which should fix the leak and will be giving me a refund of cost to offset the cost of the plumber I needed to call . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I purchase the X001H9V0MH pot filler during a complete kitchen remodel, During installation we discovered a slight plumbing mis-calculation, should have been about 4 inches lower as the vent hood was obstructing the pot filler when it was extended. I reached out to Havin and asked if the pot filler we purchased could be adjusted. Basically I needed the pot filler end of the faucet rotated 180 degrees. Jenny immediately reached and replied unfortunately no there wasn't a way to adjust the one I purchased as it was all one piece. However, she offered to build me one special with the faucet rotated 180 degrees. Jenny and team sent me a picture of how the modified pot filler would look. I agreed the modification would solve my problem. I purchased two faucets just so I had a spare if years down the road I needed to replace the faucet. The cost of the two new faucets was quite a bit cheaper than the rework of the plumbing and back splash. I was so impressed with Jenny & Havin to offer a solution like this. The modified pot filler has been installed and fits perfectly! I have already found a use for my original pot filler. The entire experience with Jenny & Havin has been truly remarkable! I would highly recommend Havin Faucets, their product is well made & attractive but the after purchase support was truly amazing and above & beyond. Thank you Jenny!!

I purchased this unfortunately a couple months ago in advance of being ready to install it. This pot filler leaks from the threaded joints where it connects to the close nipple. I tried the 13 layers of Teflon tape, I tried to get a new close nipple from the hardware store, it just simply continues to leak, no matter how you try it. I wish I had have waited to purchase until I was ready to install, I would have been able to return it for my money back. do not buy. This is one of those products where the bad reviews should be listened to, it takes a lot for me to leave a bad review.

The media could not be loaded.  Very nice touch to our kitchen Reno. Easy to install and works really well. Pot fillers are very hard to find here in Ottawa Canada and when you do find one it’s very over priced. The price on this one was just right. Very happy customer.

This is a very solid well made product. I was replacing a 13 year old pot filler that had started to leak at the joints so this was easy to install as I already had all the plumbing in place. Took maybe 20 minutes total to remove the old and install the new. The two handle design is great and the water flow is very strong. The style is modern but timeless so it looks great.

Looks great over our 36" gas stove in our new kitchen! While it is not used every day, it is very handy when needed. Installation instructions were great and made the job easy to do. Excellent quality and value for the price so I highly recommend it.

Good faucetbut either need pro to install it or do your math for depth setting etc. in reverse before planting it
