SCOOCHWingman Case for iPhone Xs (Also fits iPhone X) (Clear)

I will start with the positives. This is a great phone case. On my phone it survived a couple 6 foot drops and performed well protecting the screen, it is a damn fine product. The negative is the durability of the wingman (the "wing" the extends from the back of the case). It does not hold up for more than 5-6 months of performance and due to that I had to have it replaced by Scooch. They have excellent customer service so I wouldn't consider being upset over that, but in my humble opinion, if you charge $50 for a phone case, it needs to be durable and worth the investment you put into it. If I didn't have to fudge with a return I would still use the case but I have had my replacement for about 6 months (roughly) and already the wingman is sticking/not releasing when it needs to. Also, it does not allow for wireless charging, but that should be an obvious given the metal wing that extends from the phone.

I really liked this product at first, but after about 8 months, the snap bracelet part of it stayed permanently out... This meant that it would no longer fit in my pocket. While I loved this product at first, I was disappointed that it broke so quickly. I wouldn't recommend it, even though I had been recommending it for so long :(

I've had TWO of these cases now (first time I purchased from my cell phone provider when I bought my phone, and replaced it again a couple of months ago) and BOTH TIMES I've had the exact same issue... the "kickstand" in the back gives out and won't fold in. This is super annoying in general, but especially for me because I keep my phone in my pocket most of the time. It's clearly a design flaw, and I'm tired of replacing it. Scooch, y'all need to figure out what's causing it and fix it because upon reading other reviews, I realized I'm not the only person facing this extremely annoying issue.

There were others about half the price. I got this one and it seems like the actual kickstand piece is flimsy. I’m just hoping it doesn’t break soon. My last Scooch lasted over a year and this one seems like it may last a couple months at best. Maybe I got a defective one?

I'm a little disappointed and miss my old case/pop socket combo. The kickstand is difficult to open and doesn't really provide a secure grip. A pop socket is much easier to use and to hold. I should have put this page through fakespot before buying, to see if the reviews were legit. My own fault.

For me the inability to use wireless charging with the case was a dealbreaker. I returned it. It does seem like a durable, nice case though if you don’t use wireless charging. But who are you?

I bought the Wingman case because I was looking for a case with a built in stand, hand holding device that was flat and not bulky to fit in my pocket and I could use to clip to my heat/ac vents in my car. This holder did it all. The only downside is you can’t use a wireless charger because the back clip gets in the way. Overall I gave it 5 stars because it fulfilled all of my uses.

Love it!! I have the clear one for my iPhoneX and it fits and looks perfect! The options on how I want it in my vehicle for display is super either in the vent or placed against the magnet I had for my other phone. The Kickstand is amazing!
