This could be a nice rest but falls short in almost every area. Let's start at the top. The padded v-rest is a plus. I really like the integrated bubble level. The v-rest threads off with the tripod retaining the threads to fit other things like a camera. Underneath that is a locking ring. There are multiple positions shown, but in using this I have really found that it is either locked or unlocked with little difference in the other positions. This locking ring also hinders the legs from opening far enough to make this tripod as stable as it could be. The narrow distance between the legs make this tripod easy to tip. The legs are quite long and while this offers a lot of height adjustability, it also takes away from this unit being compact enough to transport or attach to a pack. As others have stated the height adjustment of the legs is cumbersome and noisy requiring a lot of twisting to release and secure the legs. If you get them too tight this can cause and issue when trying to loosen to release the legs, too loose and the tripod will sink on you. The feet on the bottom are adjustable and swivel to contour to uneven ground. While there are some good features built in to this tripod, there is a lot of fine tuning that could be changed to make this an excellent rest. It seems like this was designed trying to check all the boxes, but never actually taken to the field for real world testing.

Cheaply made. Shorter than expected. 2 of the leg locks are bound up ànd won't open or close. One won't lock at all.

This tripod is the right size for my deer rifle. It has a larger than usual holder. More of a U shape that cradles my fore-grip a little better then V grips. Tripod and be set up a little shorter to fit inside a blind. Good piece of gear for the hunter out there.

it doesn't collapse down much so it will take up a lot of space when transporting it, it's about 28" in it's collapsed position, counting the V grip. The gun rest is padded for your gun, which is good. The legs are a bit of a pain to expand and collapse. There's no quick latch on it, you have to turn the leg to loosen it, extend or contract, then turn the leg to lock it in place. Do this for 3 legs, and each leg and 2 extension points, so that 6 points you have to twist and pull or push to full extend or collapse it for transport.There's an locking/unlocking ring right under the V grip, but no clue what it's for since nothing changes despite if it's in the locked or unlocked position.There's a leveling dot on it, but I don't really see the point in it. For one, it's so small you can barely see it and since this is an open V style, you level your gun while holding it anyways. Since it takes so long to setup and take down, I don't see myself taking this with me on hunts. It's just too inconvenient/awkward.

I found this tripod a great addition to my hunts. I was not expecting this tripod to be as cool as it is. I thought it was just a basic little tripod, with a shooting V on the top I could put at my range in the backyard, which I can. But also it is a everything tripod, because it comes apart into different pieces, and you can attach anything to the top not just the shooting V.It comes folded up small and in a bag, but when you take it out you can set it up as a normal full size tripod and put the V on top, or you could switch out the mount and mount a camera, or your phone or tablet, or whatever gear you want. It is a lot of twisting to get it set up but what I normally do is set the height before i start my hunt and just leave it set up and slung to my back. All I have to do is pull it forward and shoot.

Setting up the Zeadio Shooting rest was slow due to the amount of untwisting and twisting of the legs setting up the stand. It should be one quick twist to unlock and one quick twist to lock. If you don't tighten the legs enough, it will collapse. I also didn't like the squeaking during the twisting I heard. One unnatural sound may ruin your day. I like the rotating leg tips, but I'd prefer that there were either extendable spikes or at least screw-in spike tips to aid in stability in different types of terrain. I also saw a minor QC problem. One of the tips did fully screw into the tripod legs. I tried, but it would not sit on the bottom of the leg.The stand isn't bad for the money but could be better, too. I'll carry it for practice but not on a hunt.

Not really high enough could do with a little more hight

First trip out the tripod lost a foot, the ground was dry so mud didnt' pull it off', I didnt realise at first until I readied for another shot, then I realised. Have messaged the seller, no reply!
