Easy to swallow. Sometimes I need a boost to cover essential nutrients.

I’ve been taking these for years. The best multivitamin there is!!!!! I have MS & fatigue is an issue. I’ve run out a few time and had to use OTC vitamins. There is NO comparison. These are worth every penny. Yes, you pay a little bit more than regular vitamins, but these actually are worth it!!! Never going back to the OTC brands. After only 1 week on these I was sold. I have felt so much better and complete taking these.

I have taken these vitamins for more than 1 year now. When I take them regularly, I have more energy and feel better in general. I take 4 capsules daily (2 with breakfast, 2 with afternoon snack or supper) instead of the recommended 6 capsules, because that seems to be enough. I started taking these vitamins at the recommendation of my herbalist at the Tai Sophia Institute (since renamed the Maryland University of Integrative Health). They contain a lot of the B vitamins, but also a full complex of other vitamins and minerals, including calcium. When you open the bottle, they have a yeasty smell that reminds me of bread rising. The smell makes me think that the vitamins have been prepared and packaged with care to preserve their quality, although I do not know if that is truly a valid indicator.

First off these vitamins taste awful and smell awful, however if you just want to get your daily intake out of the way these are perfect.Based on what kind of diet you lead you don’t necessarily have to eat the full amount of these vitamins as suggested on the label. I find that drinking one a day is plenty. Even drinking 75 fl oz of water a day i find these vitamins give my urine a slight neon yellowish color if i drink even just one, this indicates a surplus of vitamins that the body is processing out.

This is a brand used by the National College of Naturopathic Medicine and countless Naturopathic Doctors. I feel very confident buying this brand and it is a go to first when looking for a supplement. My son is anemic so I chose this multi vitamin with Iron. These vitamins are specially formulated for absorption. My son's follow up blood test have not shown anemia like the prior two. The prior two we adjusted diet and started using cast iron for cooking. The best part is my son has not had upset stomach or other side effects that one can experience with vitamins.

These were recommended for my health care specialist (compound pharmacist who consults and trains) for my vitamin needs. After I consulted with Dr. Woods he asked to see all my vitamins I was taking daily. I took a bag of supplements into his office. I reduced my number of supplements and combined a number of supplements (took 3 for example and recommended I take one specific item he was selling at his place). 90% of the supplements he sold through his practice are Pure Encapsulations. Although I initially purchased from him, I discovered everything he recommended right here.....so sorry but price is important to me. These are high quality supplements recommended by a well respected physician. Great products. Highly Recommended!
