I am in love with my vibration plate. I bought this at the recommendation of a friend who had chronic pain. Although I don’t suffer from chronic pain, I had heard about the benefits of the vibration plates/boards. Specifically it has been great for lymphatic drainage. I had a marked improvement in the swelling in my lower legs. In addition, the improvement in circulation has been fantastic. There’s also a marked improvement in my balance which is so important. Each time I use it (and I do daily!), I finish feeling completely invigorated. I have added 3 lb. had weights to my workout. I love that the vibration levels allow you to start small and move up as you feel comfortable. I look forward to using this every day.

It’s well worth it! I tried it for one minute on just my arms and was itching instantly. It does everything with less than half the effort. Love the vibration for my legs and back but even on low it shakes my head so I don’t stay on for the whole 10 minutes because I have such a headache after just a couple of minutes. Does anyone else have this issue.

I was afraid for the price it would be flimsy or not be well made… I was wrong! It is almost heavy, I’m 66, very simple to use and felt amazing! I’m hoping it will help with building my leg muscles and helping my circulation. Ten minutes is easy to do and so far feels really good on my legs. I’m pleased

Was only able to use a couple of times due to learning of my heart condition. I used for just a few minutes each use in an attempt to build up. I've recently been having frequent heart palpitations and purchased this to possibly help with circulation. Turns out I've got a bit more going on. Wish I could have been able to use it more to give a better chance. But it does have many options for vibration speed.
