Another addition to the bird theatre that is my garden: simple to screw into the Jacobi Jane hanging station and the birds were eyeing it up before I’d even got back in the house. I feel it’s more hygienic than a standard feeder as you are changing the jar regularly (thus eliminating the need to clean a whole feeder weekly). The long-tailed tits and blue tits absolutely love it and the robin also has visited it. The sparrows haven’t had chance to try it yet - the starlings brought all their fledglings and scoffed the whole jar in half a day (this may prove expensive!). It was however, rather cute to see them all lined up to take turns feeding from it.The birds have got through 2 jars in 2 days. I appreciate it is May, and all the juvenile birds are starting to venture out with their parents so all feeding stations are popular at this time of year, however a jar a day could become very expensive if the starlings do not move on (I had never seen a starling in my garden until I hung this out!). The pigeons/magpies/jays/crows are unable to use it. And hung so that the squirrel can’t get to it (as too much peanuts is bad for them).Overall, I love this product for the sheer quantity of birds it has attracted. Easy to fit either on a hander or on a static holder on a fence….then just sit back and once the birds find it, it’ll be devoured in days……

The starlings gobble it up o quickly,no other bird gets a look in!

I use these every winter. They don’t last long - not because they are too small etc, but because I have an entire starling flock that LOVES these . I get loads of flutter butters to keep them going all winter. Great product!

Had been looking at these for a while and decided to get them (and a feeder) for my aunt for Christmas as she loves feeding the birds. These are so cool and the birds seem to love them - like I said, I looked around a various suppliers, and here was the best value for money. May treat myself a set next

Bought this in anticipation of seeing loads of little birds feeding off it and only one bird tried it briefly. It gets ignored for the other bird feeders full of nuts. It took weeks before this bird found it and its been hanging there idle ever since. Really disappointed wont be reordering.
