Fine but not really helpful for hip thrusts bc the band hangs below my hips so I can’t go all the way to the ground.

Great way to increase weights for hip thrusts!
We use this at our local gym and it is a lot more durable and stronger than it looks. Easy to use and super functional. I highly recommend it for the price.

Great Purchase
Super easy to use! So far I have used 160lbs, and it has worked well. It is comfortable and makes for a great workout. Only complaint is that i wish it was longer because depending on the weight, the dumbells can get in the way.

Awesome
I have been working out for 10 years, 8 of those at home and this is the most convenient way to hipthrust at home. I hipthrust 200lbs on a normal gym barbell setup, and I am able to hipthrust 180lbs with this belt comfortably (can probably put more weight but I haven’t tried to.) Of course add a sweater or something as cushion under the belt. It is durable thus far, it is strong, and it is comfortable, it does not have sufficient padding if you lift heavy, so add additional cushion like a folded t-shirt or folded hoodie (that’s what I do). Also note that you need to know what you are doing to use this safely, and you need to have decent upper body strength to set it up if you want to put heavy dumbbells on it.
