I was sceptical when I received the pillow as I was used to soft pillows. But once I started using these I realised that they were just perfect. The contoured form is very ergonomic and is comfortable both in case you lie on your back or sideways. This provides excellent support to your head and neck. I have a cervical condition and generally used to wake up with a painful/stiff neck. After about a week plus of use all such pain has vanished. Being winters I am not sure how effective the impregnated cooling gel is in keeping the pillow cool though. I'll update for that in summers. I did not find any issue with size, it works fine and neither did I find any odour. I am using a standard cotton cover on it.

Pillow cover is soiled / has dirt stains. Product looks OLD. It seems It has been lying in warehouse for a long time in poor condition. Such a product especially a pillow for personal use for a comfortable sleep is NOT ACCEPTABLE.

It was very good , comfortable. I bought it for my mother , it is very good for people who suffers from neck pain , dizziness and headache as it provide support to the neck during night time when we usually change sides frequently . Go for it it’s. A good product .

Using it for more than a year. Neck pain is gone and I am sleeping comfortably. Worth buying and is soft.
