Worthless. They are all wrapped together.
They aren’t individually wrapped. I use the first one and the rest degrade the same rate as the first because they are all open. Basically $18.99 for one. What a waste. WORTHLESSReturning

Essential for a Z1 or Z2
I love my Z2, but my throat gets too dry overnight without this Heat Moisture Exchanger. Sometimes it is not enough if the air is super dry. But I found that if I breath into it several times before turning on the CPAP machine it will last through the night. This seems to "preload" the HME with extra moisture to give it a bit of a head start. I won't use my machine without one.

Some of the other brands are individually wrapped and say to discard 3 to 7 days after opening. Will use but not reorder.0

Does the job
These cartridges are functional, helping to prevent nasal dryness. The price point is reasonable. I used this product with my travel Cpap and was very pleased.

works good so far
I have only used it a couple times on my travel CPAP as it does not have a humidifier.Seems to work well.The complaint I read in other reviews about them not being packaged individually is true, but I found an easy solution. The extras all fin in a sandwich sized ziplock bag.
