Best $500 spent! My son used it so much this summer that it paid for itself! I added a 240 htz monitor and steel series products like the keyboard, mouse and headset. It all rocks together!!!! You can see with the picture the mouse pad and lighting I added as well.

This Blackout PC was a gift for my 6 yo son. I had previously purchased the exact same PC at the beginning of the year, and it exceeded my expectations. My son uses Steam for gaming, and this was a perfect PC for it.First and foremost, the customer service was outstanding. When I first considered which PC to get, I emailed customer service since I dealt with them before, and they were great and helped me in making a decision. I immediately ordered, and it arrived on time.Just as my first one, the packaging was amazing. The box was a bit banged up, but they pack triple back these computers. It comes in a box with foam wrap inside and out and then that is inside another box, which then is in the bigger delivery box. It has zero chance of getting damaged.Once opened, it came with a sheet showing what to plug and where. It has great instructions. It is pretty much plug and play. This second PC came with a remote to change the colors and fan speed, which my first did not, but it's a cool addition that my son enjoys.Now, my first one is used to day trading and runs multiple stock programs daily. This one is running games off Steam. One game can easily lag an ordinary computer, but with this computer, they run so smoothly. We can toggle between games without it skipping a beat. If you are a gamer, you know this is very important. Any glitch can ruin gameplay and make it quite unpleasant. However, with this PC, gaming is effortless. It is used daily morning to evening and has yet to show any sign of wanting to lag.I highly recommend this PC. It is my second, and I have no regrets in purchasing. Sure you can easily spend the same amount on a complete system from somewhere else with a monitor and accessories, but their system won't even come close to what this can do. Then, with the amazing customer support, you can't beat being able to speak one on one with the actual maker of the product. No company can deliver that kind of service. I'd gladly purchase another when the time comes.

I wanted an entry level gaming computer, but was on a budget. After searching through many options, I came back to this one and decided to purchase it. It was the only refurbished tower that had over 4 star and great customer service reviews which definitely influenced my decision. When I received it, the heat sink fan had a broken clamp most likely due to a shipping issue. I called customer service and and was given probably the best customer service I've ever experience. They helped me diagnose the issue and overnighted me a new heatsink fan, no questions asked. Amazing customer service! The PC handles games great with an RX 580 GPU which is still going strong despite its age. Great PC. Comes with USB WiFi which isn't that strong, but I just use an ethernet cable if I'm downloading a large file. Overall great PC. I finally feel like I can game now with little limitations. Great value and amazing customer service!

Stopped turning on in less than 24 hours worked on it for over an hour finally turned on

This is probably the best pc I’ve ever had in my life.For one, it’s quiet, and somewhat acts like a fan for those who like to sleep with some sound if you have it running all day.Two, it is SMOOTH as hell, the frame rate is so clean on all the games I’ve played so far (besides Roblox, but it’s an engine game, so there that).Three, customer support is god send. They respond quickly and will happily help you will any problems you have, as well as help you setup the pc for any games or any other application you want/need.All in all, 10/10. Would buy this as a gift for someone.

This Pc definitely runs well, the delivery was fast as well, and the seller has great communication! I only gave it 4 stars because one of my gpu fans were rattling. The seller offered to send replacement gpu, fans, even a replacement pc! I just decided to return to upgrade to something better. However, I would recommend this pc especially if you’re beginning your pc journey!

I have no complaints whatsoever about this PC. It is very snappy. Day to day tasks are fast and smooth. If i didnt know, i would have no idea this was a lower end build. In 1080p gaming i get frame rates above, and sometimes far above, 60 FPS. Of course depending on the game and settings.Initially I *THOUGHT* I had an issue and contacted the seller, who was available right away. It turns out I'm just an idiot, there was no issue at all. The seller was very patient and knowledgeable. He reached out a couple weeks later to make sure I was still satisfied with the PC. I have never received that kind of service with any other tech purchase I've made.No regrets!
