Very sturdy welded frame and cover. It is much stronger than the typical concrete septic tank covers. The last concrete formed lid broke after years of being below ground and having my riding lawnmower roll over it. I poured concrete inside the and expect this will be the last lid I replace.

As described and will make a great cover in my walkway. Welds are a little shoddy, but they'll hold and will be covered up anyway.

Only the side pieces are stainless steal. The bottom section is plain steel and is painted silver. Just sitting out side it already started to rust.
