Sometimes I can’t get the old one out and this time worked ok, put the new one in and ran water for a little bit, now my filter is good, this product is good quality and lasts for a long time

Recently in my town there was an... incident lasting about 2 weeks with awful tasting and smelly water. They say the river that supplies our drinking water "flipped" causing the stale moldy pipe smell and taste. I was having company over and was so worried the ice and water for the tea would be amuck, but it wasn't. Ice and water that came through this filter was clean and tasty with no hint of musty river water. I was very pleased and believe this filter made all the difference. Geez, sometimes I think it costs so much compared to others but it is worth it. Small price for fresh clean water and piece of mind.

This was the first filter that I had to replace because the refrigerator was new in August. It was very easy to install, but it just kept leaking. I removed it numerous times, watched videos, called the company, and I could think of nothing else to do, but try and order another one, as perhaps it was simply a faulty filter. Once I re-replaced it with another filter this one is not leaking at all so my advice if anyone is in that situation is to just replace it. Second one working just fine!

The manufacturer or actual dealer says that you need to buy from them since you got the system from them but there prices are way higher. Well, I tried this and then I ended up buying two more. It was the exact model that my fridge needed, just like in the store- not like something where it is CLOSE to what you would get in the store. Good quality and really easy to install
