Optical cable missing. Wrong User manual. Manufacturer packing missing. Luckily product is working.
The media could not be loaded. Product is working. Had to buy optical cable separately. I bought Zebronics optical cable from Amazon and downloaded the user manual online. After installing optical cable, 5.1 channel surround sound started working. I recommend this product to everyone who has only HDMI input and not output. Amazon was kind enough to take back Orei hdmi audio extractor and refund the full very soon.
