Out of the five seeds, only one has successfully started to grow.When I reached out to the seller about this, they kindly offered to send me more seeds without hesitation. A few days after my purchase, the seller actually messaged me first to check how things were going. I replied that it hadn't been long since I planted them but that I would do my best. The seller then reassured me that they were happy to help if I needed any support.Later, I sent them a photo showing that only one of the seeds was growing, and they immediately responded, offering to send more seeds and mentioned that they might be able to offer additional help as well. The response was incredibly fast, and I was truly impressed by how the seller handled the situation.Even though it’s likely that I didn’t plant them correctly, the seller didn’t hesitate to assist me. I really hope others have success with their seeds, too.Once again, thank you so much to the seller :)My daughter and I are watering the plant every day, and watching it grow little by little brings us so much joy. We're really enjoying this whole process, and I hope you can enjoy it just as much, too :)

These were a welcome project to share with the family, easy to follow instructions and good success rate so far…3 out of 5 have already started to sprout and it’s only day 4 so we still have high hopes for all of the species to sprout 🌱.Love the attention to detail that this company takes to make these fun and fairly straightforward taking out all the guessworkAlex

Got this kit back in April very nice kit.After following the instructions only one of the packs of seeds didn't sprout.Contacted the seller and explained what happenedThey offered a refund or send me replacement seeds.I requested the seeds received them quickly and they sent me not gust the plant that didn't sprout but extra seeds.I would highly recomend this kit.

Packaging was very nice and instructions were clear and easy to follow. (Updated because my wife told me to)

I purchased a kit previously and got 7 sprouts all in one set of seeds the other 4 sets never sprouted however with this set I saw response within a week so far four out of five have already sprouted and are growing like weeds... Plus the seedling growing in the encased box garden is adorable and MUCH easier to clean up and keep organized.... Thank you very much plus the booklet and tools are actually useful. The packaging was surprisingly really nice with a box you can use as a keepsake later. Tons of extra seeds also provided. Very clear succinct instructions with video help support. I would highly recommend this product. It's also a really neat project to do with your kiddos.

A complete kit highly recommend for beginners it have all the tools you need and a well informed guide to walk you thought, I one of the package seed I received came defect and I reach out to the seller they are very responsible to solve the issue for me, also their seed sow very fast, follow the directions you would see result within 3daysPS: remember, to sow the seed you need correct temperature
