I followed the directions on the bottle and took 2 capsules per day for about two weeks and felt and saw absolutely no effects. It’s not worth spending time and money on this. Maybe it’s not as pure as it says it is.

Everything I’ve read says max dosage of 500-1000 mg.. this is 10,000. Concerned that this is a dangerously large dosage.

Before this, my husband was using the shilajit that you mix with water and drink. He says this is 1,000 times better with all the same positive effects, without the gross taste, and he would definitely recommend it.
